ľ¹ÏÓ°Ôº Student and Professor Present Papers at Missouri Conference on History

ľ¹ÏÓ°Ôº student Alexsander Piotrowski, history minor, and Dr. James N. Tallon, associate professor and chair of history, presented papers March 17 at the 64th annual Missouri Conference on History in Jefferson City, Mo.

Piotrowski presented “The Complexity of Polish-Ottoman Relations 1550-1850” while Dr. Tallon, offered “Anglo-Ottoman Rivalry in the Red Sea and the ‘Long’ First World War in ‘Asir, 1910-1918”.

Piotrowski received generous a generous travel grant from the Missouri Humanities Council for his presentation.
