Rothschild Presents at Midwest Meeting for Biblical Studies

Dr. Clare Rothschild Participates in the Midwest Meeting for Biblical Studies

Dr. Clare Rothschild, a professor of theology at ľ¹ÏÓ°Ôº, attended the 2025 held March 14-16 at Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Ind.  

Aside from acting as a chair for two sessions of the Early Christian Gospels seminar, she presented a paper entitled “The Cheese Stands Alone: An Overlooked Reading of 1 Cor 3:1-3.” Dr. Rothschild also served on a review panel showcasing two new 2024 volumes published by educational author James McGrath.  

 Aiming to promote the scholarly study and investigation of the Bible and related fields, the Chicago Society of Biblical Research and the Catholic Biblical Association of America sponsor the event to provide a platform supporting those engaged in such studies
